About Rachel
With nearly 20 years of marketing and communications experience, Rachel has identified and distilled business context and brand truths into strategies, plans and executions that drive top line sales.
Most recently CMO of Levain Bakery, Rachel has led diverse businesses, launching and renovating brands from $500K to $900MM, across sectors as diverse as retail, personal care, food, travel & tourism and pet. Her high level strategic thinking and digital savvy have been deployed on brands like Levain Bakery, JetSuiteX, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!, P.F. Chang's Home Menu, Hellmann's/Best Foods, and Kriser's Natural Pet. A tenacious multi-faceted go-getter, roll-up-the-sleeves executive, bold communicator and powerful linguist, her skills and vibrant energy make her a valuable internal or external team member. For clients, Rachel brings her start-up scrappiness and classical training to help early and mid-stage brands, or those in renovation mode, identifying their path forward - retail positioning, product requirements, technology needs, communications platform development and brand strategies. Rachel received her MBA from Wharton and a B.S. in Communications from Boston University.
